Criteria
Scholarship recipients will be chosen based on the student’s involvement and active participation in school and community volunteer activities.
Must be a
graduating senior
Letter of recommendation from a service organization in which you have been affiliate with and/or volunteered
Is in good academic standing
Completed application form including short written statements
Must attend a Plainfield High School or have a Plainfield address
Payment is pending proof of enrollment
